Shipments within the U.S.A.
Shipping charges are $2.95 for USPS First-Class Shipping or $5.95 for USPS Priority Shipping. Free shipping is offered when you spend over $50. The exact shipping & handling charge will be calculated for you on the Shopping Cart page when you place your order. All orders shipped within the U.S.A. are shipped via the United States Postal Service. No order is shipped with insurance unless requested.
International Shipments
For International shipments, shipping charges are $5.95 for USPS First-Class shipping or $13.95 for USPS Priority shipping. Delivery may take from 5 days to 3 weeks depending upon the destination country. No order is shipped with insurance unless requested. Important: We do not calculate or charge you for local duties or taxes on non-US shipments. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. Please check with your local post office for more information. His Trunks is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-US shipments. In the event that an order shipped by Air Parcel Post is lost en route, we must wait for the claim to be processed. This can take up to 6 months.

If within the first 30 days of the purchase date you are not completely satisfied due to manufacturer defect or not matching description, simply contact us to return the item. Your product(s) must be returned with tags attached, in new, unworn, original condition. Please note, due to health regulations, all sales on underwear are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Postage and handling is not refundable. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs. In order to accept your returned item, you must contact us via email beforehand at info@histrunks.com. Please have your order number available when contacting us. Please note: His Trunks is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned or exchanged items.
